Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting We Believe Photography. All of our fine art prints, canvases, and photography products are custom-made to order. Below you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Fulfillment & Production Times

Because we use a print-on-demand model to ensure the highest quality, your items must be created and packaged before they are shipped.

  • Fulfillment Time: On average, it takes 2–5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

  • Over 97% of our orders are fulfilled and ready to ship within 5 business days.

Please note: Production times do not include shipping transit times. Fulfillment does not run on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers & Transit Times

Once your order has been carefully packaged, it is handed off to one of our trusted shipping partners, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The choice of carrier depends on the destination, weight, and size of the package to ensure it arrives safely.

Our delivery window is calculated as: Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time.

Note: While carriers strive to meet these windows, exact delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be impacted by severe weather, local carrier volume, or customs clearance delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of the prints ordered.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of the package leaving the fulfillment facility. If your order contains multiple distinct items (e.g., a delicate canvas and a flat paper print), they may ship separately to ensure maximum protection, resulting in multiple tracking numbers.

5. Damages, Misprints, & Returns

We take immense pride in how our photography products are packaged. If an item arrives damaged, or if there is a rare printing defect, we will fully cover a replacement.

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • To report a damaged item, take clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging/shipping label.

  • Email us at store+71644250273@shopifyemail.com. within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos. We will immediately submit a replacement order at no cost to you.

6. Address Corrections & Missing Packages

  • Address Accuracy: We cannot change a shipping address once production has concluded and the package is labeled. We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking link states your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local mail carrier before reaching out. If it remains missing 3 business days past the delivery marker, contact us so we can look into the carrier claim process.
